Team
from Within.
Facilitating change from inside, out.
Why we founded the Inner Green Deal.
Our journey began with a simple love for nature and a deep concern for the world we’re leaving our children.
As mindfulness teachers and nature facilitators, we’ve seen that lasting change starts within- and that time in nature invites deeper dialogue and a shift toward seeing life as interconnected.
We connected with colleagues in NGOs, the European Commission, and the UN to explore how inner transformation can drive systemic change.
Partnering with Professor Christine Wamsler at Lund University helped ground our work in research.
Along the way, we’ve learned a lot and met inspiring people. We’re excited for what’s ahead- and warmly invite others who share our passion to join us.
If you’re curious, reach out to us, we’re all in this together.
Meet the Team
Our team brings together facilitators, researchers, and systems practitioners dedicated to enabling sustainability from within.
Our Research Connection
Our Research Connection
We collaborate closely with leading researchers to evaluate and deepen the impact of our programmes.

Our work is supported by Professor Christine Wamsler of Lund University Centre for Sustainability Studies (LUCSUS), a pioneer in research on inner transformation as a lever for systemic change. Professor Wamsler leads the evaluation of our programmes, drawing on both quantitative data (pre- and post-programme surveys) and qualitative insights from participants’ verbal and written reflections.
Key Partners
The Inner Development Goals Initiative and their Framework for Inner Development.
Fieldbuilding for Inner Development
We are close partners of the Inner Development Goals (IDG) initiative who have created a global framework with inner capabilities essential for accelerating progress on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Together with the IDG team, we co-developed and facilitated the Global Leadership for Sustainable Development (GLSD) programme, the first capacity-building initiative based on the IDG framework.
We continue to partner with the IDG team on a range of initiatives, including the Inner Development Goals Summit.
European Climate Pact
The European Climate Pact is a movement launched by the European Commission to support the EU’s goal of climate neutrality under the European Green Deal.
The Inner Green Deal was one of the first 30 organisations recognised as an official partner. Over the years, we have delivered a range of activities – including nature walks, workshops, and climate leadership programmes – supporting both EU staff and citizens across Europe.

UNDP-CoFSA
The Conscious Food Systems Alliance (CoFSA), convened by the United Nations Development Program (UNDP), is a movement of food, agriculture and consciousness practitioners united around a common goal: to support people from across food and agriculture systems to cultivate the inner capacities that activate systemic change and regeneration.
We have been a partner of CoFSA since its inception in 2022 and co-created a 6-module Conscious Food Systems Leadership (CFSL) programme that we co-facilitated to a wide range of changemakers around the world, notably to a cohort in Africa, a cohort in Asia and several global cohorts.
We continue to partner on a range of topics and are very proud of our collaboration.
